"Joaquin” is the story of a conflicted Demon Hunter, his close friend who died years ago, and his newly assigned angelic observer. During a seemingly routine exorcism, Joaquin stumbles upon a young girl who possesses a power that makers her the target of both Heaven and Hell. Joaquin is assigned the task of protecting and guiding her by the spirit of Padre Pio, the legendary Demon Hunter who has selected Joaquin as his successor, while the seniors of those who trained Joaquin, The Order, want her silenced. Joaquin must now make a decision that could have far reaching and catastrophic consequences. With the fate of the future in his hands Joaquin must decide whether to let this young girl into his carefully crafted world of isolation, or to silence her.
