When employees of the Investigative Committee at the District Prosecutor's Office come to a dead end, they are forced to seek help from Khmurov, the former head of the ordinary criminal department of the IC, "exiled" to the archive to sort out papers. I really don't want to bow to the current leadership of the department to Khmurov, but there is nowhere to go: Khmurov is an investigator from God.
