Student council president Tomomi Sakurazawa looks extremely innocent and cute, apart from her large breasts, and is very popular at her school. But the girl hides an embarrassing illness from her classmates because she suffers from hyperlactation syndrome. One day, however, she decides to share her secret with Hikaru, who also seems to be in love with her.
