Fireball
Overview
Fireball is a series of CGI anime shorts created by Jinni's Animation Studios in conjunction with Disney. The designer is Hitoshi Fukuchi. It is animated entirely in 3D with no cel-shading of any sort, as would be typical for the medium. The show takes place in the distant future of the 49th millennium, and revolves around the happenings inside a giant manor inhabited by two robots; the gynoid duchess Drossel von Flßgel and her massive cyclopian arachnoid servant, Gedächtnis. The episodes are usually nonsensical in nature, normally showing the two characters making idle conversation in the midst of a war with humanity. A third character, a monkey-robot named "Schadenfreude", joins them later.
This production, originally released in 2008, has captivated audiences with its unique storytelling. As a Scripted series, it brings a fresh perspective to the Animation, Comedy, Sci-Fi & Fantasy genre, maintaining a strong viewer rating of 6.6 across its 4 seasons.

Drossel, an heiress from a long aristocratic line of the House of FlĂźgel, resides in a castle called the Tower of Tempest. She lives there with her large robotic butler Gedächtnis, who has been serving the family for generations. He reveres Drosselâs late father and diligently serves as her caretaker. Drossel also cares for Gedächtnis with whom she has grown up. They pass the time with supposedly intellectually stimulating conversations, only to be interrupted by unexpected, wacky events at times.
