The Zakaen, capable of freely manipulating flames, unleash "Super Fires"—a threat far greater than a super-disaster—plunging the globe into chaos. Following in the footsteps of the Rescue Force, which had expanded its operations globally, a new special forces unit called "Rescue Fire" is established. They protect people by "explosively extinguishing" the Zakaen's Super Fires.
