Mai Watanabe

Mai Watanabe (わたなべ 麻衣), born on September 23, 1989, in Hiroshima, is a Japanese model, actress, and media personality. She rose to prominence as one of the "ar girls" in ar magazine and gained widespread attention on Instagram, earning the nickname "Instagram Goddess" for her expressive style and signature pout. Her legal name is Mai Greenwood (グリーンウッド 麻衣).

After moving to Tokyo in 2011, she transitioned from salon modeling to fashion and television. She appeared as a reporter on NTV's ZIP! and hosted Beauty the Bible on Amazon Prime Video. Her acting credits include roles in Botanical Life of Varendar (NHK), Gifu ni Iju! (Nagoya TV), A Little Room for Hope (ABC), and Last Man (TBS).

In 2019, she married TV personality JOY, and they welcomed their daughter in 2020. She later left REVIVE and joined the talent agency Grick in 2025. Outside of work, she's known for her love of cats—especially her pet Byo-chan—and her interest in floral design and lifestyle aesthetics.
