Masaharu Okuwaki (奥脇 雅晴, Okuwaki Masaharu, March 19, 1958), currently known by his alias Masaki Oozora (大宙 征基, Oozora Masaki), is a Japanese anime director and storyboarder born in Yamanashi prefecture.
