Originally from Saskatchewan, now living with his wife Kina in Port Moody, BC, 41 year-old Ken Foy ran a crew on cursed Moose Creek the past few seasons and took a financial and emotional beating. Ken’s failure at Moose Creek has left him with nothing. After 26 years in the gold industry, this season is all about redemption. His pride and reputation as a gold miner are on the line. A die-hard Edmonton Oilers fan, Ken has shown he has the fortitude to weather the storm during a losing streak, but this season he’s shifted his focus and changed the game. With the weight of a full-scale mining operation off his shoulders, Ken is more easy-going, although more determined than ever to strike it rich in the Yukon.
