Biography

Emily Haine (born January 25, 2002, in Vancouver, British Columbia) is a Canadian actress who works in film and television. She has a French-Canadian mother and a father who immigrated to Canada from Austria. As a teenager, she was partly home-schooled and later moved to London, England, to study acting, including Meisner training at the Actors Temple. During her stay in London, she was a member of a local punk band called “The Dirt,” where she was active as a bassist and singer.

Em Haine has gradually taken on roles in films and series since around the mid-2010s. Her notable credits include: “Fargo” (FX series, 2015) – her first major television role as Noreen Vanderslice; “Deadpool” (2016) – minor role in the Marvel blockbuster; “Tully” (2018) – Appearance in the Jason Reitman comedy; “Chilling Adventures of Sabrina” (Netflix, 2019) – She played Elspeth in several episodes; “Reginald the Vampire” (Max/Stream, 2022–2024) – She played Sarah Kinney in the series; “Why Can't My Life Be a Rom-Com?” (2023) – Lead role as Eliza Sloane in a romantic TV movie; “Hailey Rose” (2024) – She played the title role of Hailey in the Canadian drama film.
