Aishwarya Rajesh

Aishwarya Rajesh is an Indian actress who primarily appears in Tamil cinema, as well as Telugu and Malayalam films. She began her career in television as an anchor on Sun TV's comedy show Asatha povathu Yaaru? and later won the reality dance competition Maanada Mayilada.

She made her feature film debut in *Avargalum Ivargalum* (2011) and later appeared in Pa. Ranjith's romantic comedy *Attakathi* (2012). She received the Tamil Nadu State Film Award for Best Actress for her role in *Kaaka Muttai* (2015).

Her other film credits include *Dharma Durai* (2016), *Vada Chennai* (2018), *Kanaa* (2018), *Ka Pae Ranasingam* (2020), *The Great Indian Kitchen* (2023), and *Farhana* (2023). She has also appeared in the Malayalam film *Jomonte Suvisheshangal* (2017) and the Hindi film *Daddy* (2017). Her awards include the Tamil Nadu State Film Award for Best Actress for *Kaaka Muttai*, the Tamil Nadu State Film Award Special Prize for *Kanaa* and *Vada Chennai*, two Filmfare Critics Awards for Best Actress - Tamil for *Kanaa* and *Farhana*, and four South Indian International Movie Awards (SIIMA) in Tamil and Telugu categories. She also received the Kalaimamani award from the Government of Tamil Nadu.
